To facilitate work and collaboration with your subcontractors and clients, Stafiz is deploying its “Hub” functionality.

Stafiz now allows you to connect your environment with other Stafiz environments. Securely, you can allow external people or organizations to view and, if you wish, edit elements in your projects. You are the one who defines precisely what can be shared and what should not be shared.

With this, you can work with contractors as easily as with in-house teams. You can also share information more easily with your customers.

Work with your freelancers as easily as with your own employees!

At Stafiz, our vision is that projects will mix internal teams with independents more and more often. But having the added possibility of relying on a pool of independents can only help you differentiate yourself.

Thanks to the hub, Stafiz allows you to create your own freelance marketplace: when you are looking for the right profile for your projects, Stafiz offers matching with internal profiles and those from your pool of freelancers.

If your freelancers have entered their availability from their own Stafiz environment, all you have to do is push them a proposal for the project via workflow. No need to contact the independent by telephone to check their availability. He sees the project proposal, dates and brief. He can then instantly confirm his interest in the project, information that you receive in real time by notification. If you need to send a CV to your client, you can generate the latest version of their profile in your CV template from Stafiz and automatically send it to the client.

Contracts are generated

With one click, two contracts are generated: one for the freelancer and another for the client who receive it for signature. Once signed, both contracts are stored in Stafiz, linked to the project and saved forever without the need to print anything.

All that remains is to monitor the progress of the project as the freelancer progresses on the project.

And very soon, freelancers will be able to submit their invoices and get paid by Stafiz, to make your work even easier.

Automated contract management

You now have the possibility of automating the drafting of contracts: The signing of these and the financial monitoring to remain aligned with the limits defined by the contract, in the case of a capped management for example.

Simply create contract templates, indicate the elements to be varied (name, project, dates, amount, etc.) and the contracts are automatically generated from Stafiz.

You can then automatically send them to freelancers and clients. They can sign remotely and confirm in Stafiz so you are notified when it's done.

If a limit amount caps the billing of the project, you are alerted when it is close to being reached, in order to get back to your client.
