The "Hub" feature in Stafiz (new October 2020)

To facilitate work and collaboration with your subcontractors and customers, Stafiz deploys its "Hub" feature.
Stafiz now allows you to connect your environment with other Stafiz environments. You can securely allow external people or organizations to view and, if you wish, edit items in your projects. You are the one who defines precisely what can be shared and what should not.
Thanks to this, you can work with subcontractors as easily as you can with internal teams. You can also share information more easily with your customers.
Work with your freelancers as easily as with your own employees!
At Stafiz, our vision is that projects will increasingly mix internal teams with freelancers. Because to bring more value to your customers, you must always look for the best skill at the right time. You undoubtedly have the best talent. But having the opportunity to rely on a pool of freelancers can only help you to differentiate yourself.
Thanks to the hub, Stafiz allows you to create your own marketplace of freelancers: when you are looking for the right profile for your projects, Stafiz offers a matching with profiles internally and those of your pool of freelancers.
If your freelancers have filled in their availability from their own Stafiz environment, all you have to do is push them a proposal for the project via workflow. No need to contact the freelancer by phone to check his availability. He sees the project proposal, the dates and the brief. He can then instantly confirm his interest in the project, information that you receive in real time by notification. If you need to send a resume to your client, you can generate the latest version of their profile in your resume template from Stafiz and automatically send it to the client.
Contracts are generated
With one click, two contracts are generated: one for the self-employed and another for the client who receives it for signature. Once signed, both contracts are kept in Stafiz, linked to the project, and saved forever without the need to print anything.
All that remains is to follow the progress of the project as the freelancer progresses on the project.
And very soon, freelancers will be able to submit their invoices and be paid by Stafiz, in order to make your work even easier for you.

Automated contract management
You now have the possibility to automate the drafting of contracts: The signing of these contracts and the financial monitoring to remain aligned with the limits defined by the contract, in the case of a capped advertising agency for example.
All you have to do is create contract templates, indicate the elements to be variadjusted (name, project, dates, amount, etc.) and the contracts are automatically generated from Stafiz.
You can then send them automatically to freelancers and clients. They can sign remotely and confirm in Stafiz so that you are notified when it is done.
If a limit amount caps the project's invoicing, you are alerted when it is close to being reached, in order to get back to your client.

Financial Reporting and Closing
Stafiz's mission is to give you a head start. And to do this, our teams work hard to offer you features that bring you maximum visibility. Salesforce Integration
Stafiz's CRM continues to expand with new features month after month. But for some of our customers, the volume of data already integrated into their CRM meant that it was necessary to keep it. So we started to create interfaces between Stafiz and the main CRMs, starting with Salesforce. You now have the possibility to connect your Salesforce account with your Stafiz environment and automatically create new contacts, new organizations and new opportunities.
