Scorecard

The scorecard, also known as the Balanced Scorecard (or BSC), enables you toevaluate a specificmetric by comparing it with past results, forecasts and targets.

It differs from a dashboard, which is designed to present, track and compare a whole range of different metrics. It is based on four perspectives:

In recruitment, the scorecard defines the company's expectations of candidates. This process takes place even before the job description is drawn up, and enables the company and managers to share their needs, particularly in terms of skills, to ensure that the ideal profile is recruited.
