Yaniro used Excel to manage customer invoicing. A method that worked, until the number of assignments multiplied. As a result of this growth, the recruitment of freelance talent was inevitable.
Thanks to Stafiz, Yaniro is now able to monitor the production of its subcontractors in real time, and automate and increase the reliability of its invoicing.

Background and issues
Yaniro is a coaching and training organization that supports French Tech companies and start-ups. The executing coaching offered to the founders and foundresses of these companies, as well as the training provided to managers, is not only an opportunity to boost performance, but also to reassure the people concerned in their highly responsible roles. As a result, teams enjoy a more pleasant working environment.
But while the 3 co-founders were comfortable using Excel to monitor their activities and manage invoicing, a growth context prompted them to recruit freelance talent. Keeping track of production times and quality became more difficult. With the inclusion of subcontractors, invoicing also presents new problems: double or even triple data entry can lead to errors that result in incorrect payments. The latter has a considerable impact on employee satisfaction on the one hand, and employer credibility on the other.
Designed for service companies, Yaniro naturally chose Stafiz for its activity and resource management needs .
Their needs in brief :
- Time tracking with flexible granularity (day/man and hour/man)
- Visibility of freelance production
- Billing automation
Stafiz is easy to forget, in a good way. When I was a consultant, time reporting was always a bad time because the tool was unpleasant, and I felt like I was punching in the old-fashioned way. Finally, Stafiz fades away so that everyone can concentrate on their work.

Solution provided
Stafiz offers a high degree of granularity in time management. This makes it possible to adapt to the time tracking mode of the various coaches and associated missions, for example: by day or by hour. The daily rate (ADR) for each talent is entered on his or her profile, and validation workflows eliminate any risk of data entry error, thanks to automated invoicing.
When it comes to scheduling, Yaniro invoices in two stages: 50% is invoiced when the order is placed, and the remainder is invoiced halfway through the project. Stafiz presents the remainder of the work to be done, the unbilled production and manages the billing deadlines automatically. All information is centralized: progress on assignments, times declared by freelancers and their invoices, as well as what is invoiced to the customer.
Since data entry is faster, more reliable and automated, the invoicing process can be set in motion more quickly, much to the delight of freelancers, who benefit from mutual recognition and a climate of trust.
Over and above this operational practicality, Yaniro has made thedevelopment of its employees a real priority. The search for a collaborative and intuitive tool was a priority that Stafiz was able to satisfy with its easy-to-use platform.
Finally, the support provided by Stafiz was up to the task. Between short response times and suggestions on how to use the tool, the transparent visibility of the roadmap enabled Yaniro to evolve at the same time as the tool, and to position itself in the event of a need for new functionalities.
