The sponsorship operation is organised by the company Dilynx, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register B 821 215 118.

The company Dylinx, established at 45 QUAI DE LA SEINE 75019 PARIS and registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register B 821 215 118 , is involved in the technical part.
The sponsorship operation takes place from September 20, 2024. Only full sponsorships on this date will be counted. The organizing company reserves the right to modify these rules (and in particular) the dates of the sponsorship operation without notice.
The referral program is open to all.
To sponsor, you must be over 18 years old.
For a referral to be considered valid, it is necessary that the referee represents a company that is a new customer of Stafiz.
The offer granted to referrals is one month's subscription for any new contract opened through this program.
This offer cannot be combined with other offers. It is valid for any new customer of the organizing company making a first contract thanks to customer sponsorship.
The reward sent to referrers for any validated referral is as follows: 15% of the total amount of the first year of annual subscription stipulated on the contract between the sponsor's company and the organizing company Dylinx. The rewards obtained by a referrer are nominative and cannot be combined with each other or with other commercial offers.
These rewards are sent within 4 to 8 weeks depending on the validation and verification of the signature of the contract of the sponsored child's company and in particular their non-withdrawal.
Any fraud, or attempted fraud, will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles 313-1 et seq. of the Criminal Code.
Spam (sending unsolicited or irrelevant emails or text messages to groups of people) is prohibited for the smooth running of the operation. The organizing company reserves the right to permanently exclude from the referral operation any user who is reported to it as not respecting this rule.
Thus, the sponsor alone takes the responsibility of providing the contact details of his referrals to the organizing company. He undertakes to provide only the contact details of relatives likely to be interested in the products and services of the organizing company for which he has previously obtained the explicit consent of the referee.
Sponsorship is forbidden to any person employed by the organizing company and their families.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 06/01/78, participants have the right to access and rectify their personal data by writing to the organising company.
These sponsorship rules will be governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the sponsorship operation of the organizing company, the Paris court will have sole jurisdiction.
Participants declare that they fully understand and accept these rules relating to the sponsorship operation.
