From now on, Stafiz allows you to find the best profiles to staff in just a few clicks, thanks to the search by skills (defined beforehand in the HR settings). The objective: to allow you to staff your consultants more quickly and efficiently on projects.
Once the application for resource planning created, Stafiz will bring together the profiles most in line with your needs. Depending on the qualifications and availability of the employees, several choices are available to you:
Pre-select one or more profiles
Automatically staff the consultant on the client's mission/need. If the profile you have chosen has a lower availability than that of your request, it will still be possible to staff it. In this case, Stafiz will reduce the number of days initially defined in the request.
