ROCE – Profitability indicator

ROCE, which stands for Return On Capital Employed, is an indicator of financial profitability. It is calculated by dividing the net profits (after tax and taxes) to the capital employed.

The higher the ROCE, the more efficient the company is in using its economic assets, and the more profitable it is.
