MOA
The Project Management (MOA) refers to the client in the context of an IT project. It is the author of a need resulting in the search for an IT solution.
The project manager is a point of contact for all feedback in terms of needs and difficulties. Not necessarily having advanced technical knowledge, he is most often accompanied by a project manager in order to establish mediation with the project manager and thus ensure that the project follows the right trajectory and will be able to meet the initial request.
