MOA

The project owner (MOA) refers to the customer in the context of an IT project. It is the author of a need resulting in the search for an IT solution.

The MOA is the point of contact for all feedback in terms of needs and difficulties. Not necessarily possessing advanced technical knowledge, he or she is usually accompanied by an AMOA to mediate with the MOE and ensure that the project follows the right trajectory and responds to the initial request.
