Completion rate
The Completion Rate refers to the level of progress against the planned project milestones , or its total scope. It shows the percentage of project tasks or goals that have been completed compared to what was originally planned, giving an idea of the current status and progress of the project.
To calculate the completion rate of a project, use this formula:
Billable hours in a period / total number of hours recorded by the employee (billable + non-billable)
