Completion rate
Completion Rate refers to the level of progress in relation to planned project milestones, or total project scope. It indicates the percentage of project tasks or objectives that have been completed compared to what was originally planned, giving an idea of thecurrent status and progress of the project.
To calculate a project's completion rate, use this formula:
Billable hours for a period / total number of hours recorded by the employee (billable + non-billable)
