Project schedule
A project schedule is another term for a project schedule, a document that determines the phases of a project in detail. Each task is carried out as well as their duration, start and end date.
More often, the project schedule takes the form of a tool, or a part of project management software, to facilitate the administrative tasks that come with it, such as resource and financial management.
It allows you to represent a schedule in a more graphical way, and thus identify the overall progress of the project : delays, but also tasks completed in advance. As a result, project monitoring is facilitated, and adjustments can be made on time.
