Sales Forecasting
Sales forecasting in project management, also commonly known as sales forecasting, allows a company to estimate the quantity of services to be sold over a specific period of time (over a month, a quarter or even a year).
Based on the company's historical production data, these forecasts make it possible to anticipate the turnover of the coming period. Once this information is available, it is then easier to plan the project budget, and anticipate potential resource needs.
