Film your exercise practice
To be able to study your experience as well as possible and identify areas for improvement, a video is worth more than a thousand words!
To do this, several options are possible:
- Download the "Loom" extension on Google Chrome (handy, because you will only have to send us a link and not a large file)
- Use the Quicktime Player app on Windows or Mac
- Use any other software of your choice that records screen and voice
Rest assured, no webcam is required. What interests us is your instinctive use of the tool, your reasoning and your potential remarks or questions.
