Recruitment in Kanban format

Stafiz improves its human resources platform. For a more fluid and rapid organization, recruitment can now be followed in a Kanban format. This offers clearer visibility on the different stages of the recruitment process for each candidate.

Candidates apply on their own using URLs generated by Stafiz added to your offers, or are added manually in the software. The HR team, with a view on a simple and intuitive dashboard, is able to anticipate the next actions to take: look at the CV, orient the person, prepare and conduct the interview.

The steps are customizable: you can change the titles and their order.

Ex :

  1. Candidates to be treated
  2. Current interviews
  3. Decision (refusal/offer)
  4. Sending response
  5. etc.

After each step, each person with access to Kanban can add notes and indicate the rest of the process:

  • Confirm that the process can continue
  • If we stop: sending a refusal email
  • Whether to make an offer.

HR receives a notification and takes the feedback into account to know how to move on to the next steps (Ex: the manager, CEO or other, can give their opinion on the person they interviewed and decide to go further or No).

Everyone can share a view, and everyone can filter applications by position type (sales, marketing, etc.).

Your organization is improved: you can better see when and to whom you should send refusal emails or recontact the candidates selected for the different positions.

Kanban helps you find your way, know where you are and who should take the next action. It is a format that allows you to remain internally transparent about the different stages of the process and to provide the right information to the people concerned. It’s a way to collaborate better.
